CES Medical

Welcome to the CES Medical Patient Information Portal

This portal has been created for patients of CES Medical. It provides general information about eye conditions, the treatments we offer, and detailed pre- and post-operative guidance for ophthalmic surgery with CES Medical.

If you are not a CES Medical patient, you may still find the information useful — however please be aware that clinical techniques and advice can vary between providers. Always consult your own clinician for advice specific to your care.

About CES Medical

CES Medical provides specialist ophthalmology services across Kent, Sussex, and South East London. We are a CQC-registered, consultant-led independent group offering both NHS and private care.

  • NHS patients: Ask your GP or optometrist to refer you via the NHS e-Referral Service (eRS)
  • Self-pay patients: Call us on 01732 757771 or email [email protected]
  • Insured patients: We are recognised by all major private medical insurers — contact us to book an insurance-funded appointment
EyeIQ — Our AI Assistant

We have built an AI tool to answer the most common questions about eye conditions, treatments, and recovery. It is available on every page via the teal button in the bottom right corner.

EyeIQ does not replace clinical judgement. If you have any concerns following surgery — particularly severe pain, sudden vision loss, or increasing redness — contact our 24/7 urgent helpline immediately: 01732 756789.
